Citroen C4: affordable practicality

Monday, May 21st, 2012

If you’ve been considering a hatchback for any length of time, then chances are you’re already well aware of the Citroen C4. One of the French motoring company’s flagship cars, the C4 has had a good history in the UK where it is has become one of the leading cars in its sector.

Its biggest competitors are the Volkswagen Golf and the Ford Focus – and it’s hard not to draw comparisons between the three. However, this is a car that has enough pro points to make customers seriously sit up and consider a Citroen C4 lease plan over other rivals. (more…)

The Peugeot 308: solid in every department

Thursday, May 17th, 2012

Peugeot has a solid history of manufacturing cars that are reliable, affordable and efficient. The Peugeot 308 sums this ethos up as well as any vehicle in the impressive Peugeot garage and, although it hasn’t necessarily evolved as much over the years as rivals such as the Ford Focus, this is because its foundations in safety and simplicity have proven to be so popular with the car-buying public.

If you’re considering a new Peugeot 308 deal, you’ll be immediately struck by the impressive new looks of the family hatchback. Having received a facelift last year, the 308 now appears more compact than others in the same class, though its attractive curves and smart styling make it one of the better looking hatches around. Citroen C1 – Enjoyably affordable

Wednesday, May 16th, 2012

The Citroen C1 does what it sets out to do well, which is certainly no bad thing. General opinion earmarks it as an affordable city car or a young person’s motor, but there’s plenty going for it to attract anyone after a new car to opt for a Citroen C1 lease deal.

Firstly, the C1 is affordable. It has some stiff competition in the supermini sector – not least from the Toyota Aygo and the Peugeot 107, which were built alongside the C1 in a joint venture between the three manufacturers. However, it manages to raise its head above its rivals by keeping its price down – good news for business users looking for affordable company cars and considering a Citroen C1 contract hire deal. Sunday, May 13th, 2012

Fancy a new city run-around that’ll give you a lot of car and won’t pull too tightly on your purse strings? A Hyundai i10 leasing deal could be just what you’re after. Cheap, easy to drive and well-equipped, there’s very little to complain about with the new i10.

The stylish appearance continues inside the car as well; the cabin looks fresh and neat and is conveniently laid out in a sensible format so is very easy to use.

Vauxhall Astra – enduring quality

Thursday, May 10th, 2012

With over two and a half million units sold to date, there’s certainly no shortage of Vauxhall Astras on Britain’s roads. It has for many years been a popular choice as a family car, but there are plenty of plus points that could encourage anyone, families or otherwise, to start looking at Vauxhall Astra lease deals.

The range has certainly diversified over the years – the Astra is now available as a sport hatch, an estate, a regular hatchback and, more recently, a GTC coupe. Although production has stopped on the estate model, the recent sports tourer is effectively based on the same idea but comes without the usual ‘boxiness’ that most estates seem to have, opting for a more sloped, sleek and, well, sporty look. So when searching for Vauxhall Astra leasing plans, be aware that the estate moniker is sometimes used to describe both.

Audi Q3: a compact SUV with class

Wednesday, May 9th, 2012

The Audi Q3 is a relatively new car on the market, riding hot on the heels of its production house-mates the Q5 and Q7. As the lower number implies, it’s the smallest of the bunch, but this compact SUV offers more than enough to attract drivers into getting an Audi Q3 leasing plan.

It’s certainly the success of the company’s earlier Q models that has led Audi to releasing the car, which can be seen as a slightly more affordable entry to the range. It shares its looks with the larger models, and although it isn’t as striking in design as some other compact SUVs offered by competing motoring companies, the sleek, strong build is undeniable.

Fiat Punto Evo – little innovations but big values

Monday, May 7th, 2012

Although it’s essentially a re-modelling of the Grande Punto, the new Fiat Punto Evo has moved on enough from its predecessor to set it apart as a quality supermini in its own right.

If you opt for a Fiat Punto Evo leasing plan, the first thing you’ll notice if you’re comparing the two cars is the facelift. The Evo has a larger front grille with wraparound bumpers and redesigned headlights. The inside has had a makeover too: the dashboard has been completely redesigned, with new instrument dials and a snazzy stereo and the interior – which is nice, light and airy – is furnished with softer materials.

Vauxhall Insignia: as practical as it is handsome

Thursday, May 3rd, 2012

The Vauxhall Insignia is, fundamentally, a descendant of the Vauxhall Vectra, which was a popular choice of family and company car for a long time. The good news for those that feel a certain affection towards the Vectra is that the Insignia carries the torch in all the right areas.

The first thing you notice when you look at the Insignia is how stylish it is – inside and out. The Vectra wasn’t bad looking, but the Insignia’s bodywork is about as sleek and undeniably handsome as mid-sized saloons or hatchbacks come. Anyone considering a Vauxhall Insignia leasing deal will have a hard time faulting it on this front.

Nissan Qashqai – a winning crossover

Thursday, April 26th, 2012

The Nissan Qashqai is a very popular car – more than one million models have been sold to date. This is fairly impressive for what is essentially a quirky crossover – a cross between a four wheel drive off-roader and a hatchback. However if the impressive sales figures and fairly unique idea behind its conception aren’t quite enough to convince you to think about a Nissan finance deal, then there are plenty of other qualities that might change your mind.

Firstly, its crossover looks make this motor distinctive and modern in appearance, setting it apart slightly from other cars bordering on this sector. Business buyers that opt for a Nissan Qashqai contract hire purchase will be driving a car that stands out in all the right ways.

Ford Mondeo: delivering in every department

Thursday, April 19th, 2012

Remarkably, in spite of its strong reputation and popularity, the average price for a Ford Mondeo has actually come down despite it being better equipped, safer and more reliable today than ever before.

In other words, there couldn’t be a better time to search around for deals and consider a Ford Mondeo leasing deal – especially given its current design, which Ford have improved upon its already-existing sleek, angular good looks.

One of its biggest ‘ticks’ is still in the practicality department, though. Its 540 litre boot trumps more or less every other car’s offering in the sector, plus its rear seats fold down in two parts easily. When the rear seats have people in them, you will find that they are very comfortable – with sufficient leg and head room for passengers of more or less all sizes; even the middle seat is comfy.
